Partnership requirements

✓Company registered in a European Union country, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.
✓Recommended minimum capacity: 10 orders per month (adjustable to your availability).
✓Commitment to meeting lead times at 95% minimum, penalties planned for repeated delays.
✓Mandatory NDA signature on all transmitted customer files.
✓ISO 9001 certification preferred but not required to start.

Frequently asked questions

How am I paid?+

You invoice ReMakePart per order, according to the pricing grid agreed during the audit. Payment within 30 days by bank transfer, or within 7 days via Stripe Connect (future integration).

Who talks to the end customer?+

ReMakePart remains the single point of contact for the customer. You don't manage the sales relationship, after-sales or customer billing. You focus on production.

How is file confidentiality handled?+

All files transit through European servers (Frankfurt) under strict NDA. You may not reuse, share or store files beyond the order itself.

Can I refuse an order?+

Yes, you set your weekly capacity in your dashboard and our router only sends what you can absorb. You can also occasionally refuse a specific order.

What if I'm based outside the EU?+

For now we focus on the EU, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Applications from outside this zone are reviewed case by case (typically Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey for industrial subcontracting).
